pot roast. Our birria meat
is beef that has been
cooked for a number of
hours in traditional spices
and herbs to a savory
delight.
Carnitas

Pork cooked for hours to a
marbled perfection, then
shredded.
Pastor

Marinated pork cooked
with pineapple and other
spices and herbs.
Chicken

Unlike most shredded
chicken that is white and
flavorless our Chicken is
cooked with traditional mexican spices and herbs
and packed with so much
flavor, then shredded, and
ready to serve.
Fresh hand-pressed tortilla, topped with whichever meat you would
like, then topped with chopped onions, cilantro, finely shredded
cabbage, and served with a side of fresh cucumbers, radish and a
lime wedge.
Thick masa that is oval shaped cooked on a flat top. Then we rim the
edges and fry to a golden brown consistency. After the masa is
cooked we place beans inside and top with which ever meat you
prefer, if you are vegetarian or vegan that’s ok, our beans are more
than sufficient. Then we place fresh thinly sliced lettuce and cabbage,
sliced onions and tomatoes, with a drizzle of sour cream and green
salsa, and lastly sprinkled with queso fresco.

Flour tortilla is encased with melted cheese, with your choice of meat.
Served with a freshly sliced blend of lettuce and cabbage topped with
pico de gallo, sour cream and lime wedge.
